Outdoor training workshop

TRAC conducts ‘Custom made’ outbound experiential workshops to address specific teaming issues leading to greater degree of synergy amongst the team. These workshops are conducted in the outdoor setting. The nature in the outdoor environment provides an excellent opportunity for individuals and groups to explore and learn.

Unlike the classroom environment, greater sense of camaraderie prevails in the outdoors, besides being less distractive. The participants get a unique opportunity to orient themselves to newer environs, thereby become more adaptive in nature.
