Enable others to Act. Encourage the Heart. Reflecting on personal best leadership project. Accept the challenge. Personal Action plan.
| DURATION 
| 3 days for Contact session 1 – preferably offsite. 1 contact session per month per participant spanning 1.5 hours per quarter. 1 contact session per quarter per participant spanning 1.5 hours.

| TERMINAL OBJECTIVES 
| By the end of the course the participants will be able to : | Define leadership practices. Ensure greater moral leadership orientation. Practice shared values & responsibilities.
