| TERMINAL OBJECTIVES 
| By the end of the course the participants will be able to : | State the role of self in the project. Relate with people better in a project term and after. Manage process change effectively and adapt to it. Analyze impact of change on self and others, consequently modify behavior. Seek support of the line above in relation to the drivers. Look at the bigger picture and relate accordingly. Implement learning on the job.
